Absolutely. Our packaging is discreet and nondescript. It will include the name and address you provide at checkout with no mention of Nudie Co whatsoever. For international orders we mark everything as “Novelty Item” on the customs form.

For your discretion, transactions will appear as ‘NC Billing’.

All standard orders ship within 2 business days. Nudie Co is not liable for lost, misdirected or stolen packages, but we will work with the shipper to help you find a missing parcel. If you need express posting please be sure to choose it as your shipping option. Your order will be posted within 24 hours.

We ship worldwide! All orders are sent via Australia Post. Customers are responsible for any duties accrued in shipping their order.

If you're looking to have items shipped Internationally it will be calculated at the checkout. If the amount is too high for you to justify, please get in touch so we can either find a better way to get it to you or even help you find another local retailer if possible. Everyone deserves sexual happiness!

All prices and sales are in AUD.

We use Shopify Payments to process all payments and accept Visa, Mastercard. You can also pay in 4 interest-free instalments via AfterPay if you live in Australia.

Of course, please email hello@nudieco.com.au with your order number and the message you would like to include. If the order has not been packed yet, we will be happy to add this for you. Our packages do not reference any product prices or discounts used.

All sales are final. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even on unopened merchandise. If you have immediate buyer's remorse and email us before your order has shipped out, we'll be happy to issue a refund.

Ensure your toy is fully charged - many toys are shipped without their batteries charged. A lot of vibrators have travel locks, make sure you read the instructions to find out how to properly unlock it. If you are still experiencing problems then drop us an email at hello@nudieco.com.au. Defective products will be returned at buyer’s expense with all original parts and packaging.

We've all been there but unfortunately, we do not carry replacement chargers for rechargeable toys. For a replacement, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Waterproof toys (i.e. safe to use in the bathtub or shower) are clearly marked on the product page. If it’s not noted as waterproof, we do not recommend submerging it in water. Toys with a built-in charger or plug should never be used near water and spot-cleaned only while unplugged. Nudie Co is not liable for any injury resulting from the misuse of any product. Always check the instructions and if in doubt, email us. If a toy is splash-proof you can run it under water to clean it but avoid submerging it completely.

Check out our associate product descriptions and product packaging for details on use of specific toys. Nudie Co is not liable for the misuse of any product resulting in medical injury. If you share your toys with partners, make sure to clean them regularly or use them with condoms to reduce the likelihood of STI transmission.

Generally, you want to use water-based lubricants with silicone toys. Glass, metal and stone toys are compatible with all kinds of lubricants.

We recommend using either a cleaning spray designed for sex toys, or warm water and a mild soap on the external surfaces of the toy.

If your toy has a flared base (flared enough that it will prevent the toy from being sucked inside your bottom) then it should be anal-safe. Always check the packaging, the product page on our site and if in doubt, you can drop us an email to make sure!

Because you should understand what you’re putting near your bits! Everything we stock is 100% body safe.
