Using Poppy will add a little fun to routine pelvic floor exercises. You can also give the remote to your partner for a cheeky date night!
1 - Use some water-based lubricant for easy insertion and comfort.
2 - Find a comfortable position (leaning on a chair or standing with a leg up), relax your vagina muscles, and slowly push in the balls as far as they will comfortably go.
3 - You can go about your day as you wear Poppy, it's that easy!
4 - Carefully clean the exerciser after each session with warm water, and spray it with a suited toy-cleaner. Let it air-dry.
